• TEAMS AND THEIR MIDDLE MANAGERS ARE THE LEVER FOR ACTION.

Public Sector and Institutions

We help organisations to differentiate themselves, and our global vision and industry knowledge
enable us to work with institutions to create customer experiences that fit the new environment.

TEAMS AND THEIR MIDDLE MANAGERS ARE THE LEVER

Change processes in the industry are costly and slow, and due to the low turnover in the
industry, it is essential to create disruptors in middle and senior management to keep motivation
high, encourage talent, creativity, proactivity and innovation.
It is essential to involve the teams and make middle management a real vector of leadership; to
this end, co-creation projects are fundamental. In addition, the model of customer interaction
with institutions is changing, so one of the main challenges for the sector is to update our
customer journeys and make them more efficient.
In non-profit organisations (NGOs), differentiation and standing out as an organisation are the
main challenges, as without this it will be much more difficult to attract new members and
funding. Organisations need to be able to communicate their project, their objectives and the
results they have achieved or want to achieve.
