WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
• It aims to provide participants with tools to better manage stress and become aware of their emotional situation in order to more easily handle emotional situations.
• Mindfulness is about paying attention, moment by moment, to thoughts, emotions, body sensations and the environment.
• Participants will learn to pay attention to their thoughts and emotions without judging whether they are good or bad and without the tendency to dwell on the past or the future.
• They will be equipped with tools to respond rather than react to stressful situations.
• These techniques provide the participant with a greater sense of harmony and calm, which increases work productivity and directly promotes employee happiness.
